The individual's ability to love themselves, seeing themselves as a valuable aspect of their life  is of paramount importance to a healthy well adjusted life.  As individuals we all seek to have happy productive lives, but often stress, strain and personal encumberments effect our ability.  The  practice tries to adreess these needs from both a preventative and curative manner, embracing the person from a multidimensional manner.
